What We Offer
Gotcha Covered HR provides outsourced HR support on a monthly retained basis or for an hourly fee. We also offer fixed rates for project work such as workshops and training.
For companies who wish to outsource the HR function fully or partially, your GCHR consultant will become your HR business partner with the capacity to handle all HR needs as seamlessly as if you had someone on your staff performing that role.
A one-time enrollment fee covers our initial meeting with stakeholders to assess HR processes, followed by a comprehensive audit of the existing HR program to identify concerns and any process gaps. This will follow with a written “action plan” with audit findings and recommended steps to take on a prioritized basis.
Thereafter, monthly HR support at a fixed fee will include implementation of audit recommendations as well as handling general HR tasks.
Hourly "A La Carte" Services
Some companies, particularly those with an “HR Department of One,” may feel that they have adequate HR processes and procedures in place and only need occasional assistance. We are available for short phone call support as well as more comprehensive HR strategic work that may require more bandwidth than can be handled inhouse.
