Leadership Consultant
Becky Rogers has spent the past 34 years working in senior leadership roles in Human Resource Management. She retired from Coca-Cola Bottling Company after leading the organization’s Learning & Organizational Development Department. Rogers was the transition lead for Communication, Change and Training for The Coca-Cola System’s transformational change initiative of bottler realignment. Prior to her role in L&D, she served as the Director of Human Resources for Coca-Cola’s Gulf Coast Region. Additionally, Rogers has held senior HR positions in the telecommunications industry, healthcare, and finance.
Rogers earned her MBA with distinction from the Jack Welch Management Institute. She is the past president of the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management and the recipient of the prestigious “Outstanding HR Professional of the Year” award. Currently, Rogers teaches online classes in Human Resource Management and Employee Selection and Placement at LSUA and consults companies on leadership development.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her 3 adult daughters. Rogers is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership.
