HR Consultant

Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Whitney J. Moore has twelve years of experience in all HR management functionalities, including expertise in Workers Compensation Case Management, Liability Claims Management, Risk Management, and Auditing.  

​Whitney started her career in HR at Metaskills Consulting Group, an Executive Leadership company with clients such as Adidas, Nike, McAfee, and Intel.  Her most recent position was HR Manager of Trident Seafoods Corporation, the largest seafood processing company in the northern hemisphere, which employs approximately 15,000 employees. She has worked with top Fortune 100 companies, such as Nordstrom, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield, as well as small local Louisiana employers. Her depth of knowledge and experience with myriad business entities enables her to provide optimal HR support to our clients. Whitney’s passion for human resources and leadership has enabled her to work with individuals from over 35 different countries and has given her the experience to support businesses of all backgrounds. 

​Whitney has her Master’s of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Ashford University and her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Communications from Portland State University and Louisiana State University. Whitney is certified in Workers Compensation Development, Reasonable Suspicion Determination, Substance Abuse Management, Program Compliance, and Workplace Development Training. She is a member of the National Honor Society in Psychology (PsiChi) and the Golden Key International Honour Society.

​In her spare time, Whitney likes to support local businesses — whether it is grabbing coffee or tea, or shopping for novelty pieces. Most of all, she enjoys traveling and exploring the world. Her dynamic and jovial spirit radiates the most when she is meeting new people.
